We offer FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY on all orders over £30 (excluding some of the Scottish Highlands and Islands), otherwise delivery is only £2.99. We can deliver to Europe at an additional cost. Please contact us for a quote.

We ship all orders the same day up until 12pm midday. Orders after this time may still be shipped the same day, depending on our other order quantities. All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 hour Tracked. We can also ship using Royal Mail 24 hour Tracked at your expense if you need the item urgently. Sewing machines are shipped the same day up until 12pm midday with DPD for next day delivery. Sewing machine orders after this time, may also be shipped depending on our other order quantities.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase all you have to do is contact us and return the item to us in the original packaging and in the condition, you received it and we will refund you.
