Delivery

We ship all orders the same day up until 12pm midday. Orders after this time may be shipped the same day, depending on our other order quantities. All orders are shipped royal mail 48 hour tracked. We can ship royal mail 24 hour tracked at your expense if you need the item urgently. Sewing machines are shipped the same day up until 12pm midday with DPD for next day delivery. Sewing machine orders after this time, may also be shipped depending on our other order quantities.

International Delivery (Outside of UK)

We do offer delivery outside of the UK, but you will need to contact us first.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, first of all we welcome you to contact us as it maybe something we can resolve over the phone or email. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase all you have to do is contact us and return the item to us in the original packaging and in the condition, you received it and we will refund you. If for some reason your sewing machine or sewing machine accessory is faulty or not working, we welcome you to contact us as soon as possible.
